At Toyoos, we strive to deliver the best quality toys right to your doorstep.
Please note that we do not have a return or replacement policy.

However, we provide you the privilege to inspect your toy at the time of delivery:

• If the toy is motorized, you can check its functionality on the spot.
• Ensure that the toy is undamaged and in good condition before accepting it.
• For non-motorized toys, please check the product’s condition carefully during delivery.

Once the product is accepted, returns or replacements will not be possible.
